“Dad, Mom, when I grow up, I want to be a cook.”

This is what the little girl I was would exclaim with sparkling eyes filled with hope. Despite my young age, I already imagined myself combining all kinds of ingredients, shaping and transforming them to bring forth the best flavors and the most beautiful dishes.

However, the future had a very different path in store for me. I now find myself not in front of cooking ranges but in front of a computer keyboard and a sketchbook. Some might say that the paths of a kitchen and an office are opposite, but when you take a closer look, you can see a similarity.

Every day, I mix ideas in my brain, refine and shuffle them to blossom concepts and beautiful images that tell stories, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impression.

A lovely way to explain to Dad and Mom that now that I’m grown up, I am a graphic designer.
